I am one of the Progression Coaches here at Making the Leap. This role centres around supporting Fellows (those who have successfully completed the Aspirations & Character Education Programme) to develop and achieve their career goals. 

I have over 10 years’ experience supporting others to develop their knowledge and skills across the voluntary and social care sectors. This work is something that I am very passionate about, and I am happy to be able to do this for an organisation which is incredibly dedicated to supporting people to achieve.
