I am Programme Manager for Educational Partnerships at Making the Leap. My role is to assist Betty in making contact with as many schools as possible to deliver our Aspirational Character Education programmes. I have always worked with young people and am very excited to be in a role that supports young people to reach their full potential.

Before joining Making the Leap I was Head of Year in a secondary school. I think with the daily pressures faced whilst at school it can be challenging for young people to consider their pathways once school has finished. This is why I think the school programmes delivered through MTL are so important for young people and have a huge impact on their lives.
