Volunteer Coordinator
As Volunteer Coordinator, my role is to recruit volunteers and to coordinate, develop, and deliver the best processes for our volunteers to be successful in their positions with Making The Leap. I’ve been here since October 2016.
Seeing the young people grow and reach their potential, and the care and dedication the team put into their work is an inspiration. All the team here are passionate about giving young people from less privileged backgrounds the same opportunities and encouragement everyone deserves.
