My role as engagement lead involves me reaching out to young people who want and need help in accessing life-changing opportunities as well as engaging with stakeholders which will lead to the referral of young people for Making The Leap programs help to support and transform young people’s lives.

Due to my own experience growing up in the inner city alongside my background in criminology with criminal justice, I’ve always wanted to have a deeper understanding of society crime and prevention, particularly focusing on and supporting young people from socio-economic disadvantaged backgrounds.
