In March 2022, I joined Making The Leap as an Evaluation and Impact Officer. I am primarily responsible for collecting and analysing data across various strands of the organisation, from its direct delivery to young people, to Black Charity Leaders, and the UK Social Mobility Awards. Doing this allows Making The Leap to effectively measure and communicate the impact of our work.

Before this role, I gained experience in mixed-methods research during my MSc in Global Mental Health, and previous roles in global health and neuropsychology. My work so far has mainly focused on gender and racial disparities in mental health. I am incredibly passionate about social action research that centres the voices of disadvantaged communities, and I am excited to do this alongside the fantastic Making The Leap team.
