As the Programme Manager for Black Charity Leaders (BCL), my role involves coordinating and managing the programme while working closely with the early-mid-career Charity professionals from racialised minority communities who are on the programme. BCL provides access to the knowledge, skills, and mentors that will afford them better opportunities with the aim to increase diversity among Leadership within the sector.

I’ve always been passionate about inspiring and supporting others to reach their full potential and gain access to the necessary education and training needed to reach it. I have done this in my past roles working within the Education and Employment sectors.

Making the Leaps’ positive impact and work around social mobility makes it a truly inspirational organisation and I feel extremely proud and delighted to be part of it.
