“Before I came to Making The Leap I was caring for my mother who had myalgic encephalomyelitis and my dad who had lung cancer. After my dad recovered, he decided to care for my mum. I had no routine – I would go to bed at 3 or 4 in the morning and wake up late the next afternoon. When my mum didn’t need my help, I would just go to my friends’ houses and watch TV all day.

Coming to Making The Leap changed my life around. It got me back into a routine and gave me the confidence to apply for jobs that I never would have dreamt of trying for before. I was helped with my CV and cover letter so prospective employers would take me seriously. I have now secured a job as a Trainee Broker and I would never have gotten the job had I not come to Making The Leap. A massive thank you to all the team at Making The Leap and I will definitely stay in touch. Thank you!!”
